On wanting to be an 'interviewer'.

My greatest gift is my ability to relate with people, to build connections and foster relationships. I'm good at getting a sense of where someone is at (through what I deem as 'energy' and by reading body language), I'm good at gaging with the vibe I get from people and I'm able to meet them on the level they present themselves on.

This asset works to an advantage in interviews - people are more likely to open up and be themselves when they're comfortable and trusting of their surroundings.
