Fitness I Enforce
I awoke this morning motivated to start the week off making eating habit efforts. I'm not quite ready to start the 30 day elimination diet, but I figure it'd be good practice to enforce a no dairy, no gluten, no yeast, no wheat diet.
With that in mind, I made myself a well balanced breakfast: a fried egg, a banana, and a bowl of rice cereal with soy milk! Was surprised to find that the rice cereal was filling and didn't taste of cardboard!
